DESCRIPTION:Visit the show page for more information and entry form.\nTo be held in Snape Institute and on the village Green with free parking opposite the Castle\nOPEN TO EVERYONE LIVIMG IN THE PARISHES OF SNAPE WITH THORP AND WELL\nPlease support your village show by entering as many classes as possible:\n\nClass entries by donation (min. 20p each). Exhibitors are allowed ONE ENTRY in each class.\nEntries must be made on the form provided and returned to the Institute on Sunday 30th August between 6:30pm and 8:00pm or on the morning of the Show between 8:00am and 9:45am.\nThere is the option to donate entries to an end-of-Show sale to raise funds for next year’s show – see entry form for details.\nAll exhibits to be at the Show by 10:00am prompt.\nAll exhibitors to vacate the Institute by 10:15am to enable judging to commence at 10:30am prompt.\nAll prize winners aged 16 and under will receive: 1st £1\, 2nd 60p\, 3rd 40p.\nPrize winners aged 17 and over will receive a prize card only.\nAny specific trophies and awards apply to all ages.\n\nShow Timings\n1:00pm – Snape Local History Group and Textiles Exhibition opens\n1:30pm – Show opens – entry £1 (under 16’s free)\n         Games & activities on the Green (see back page)\n         Live entertainment 1st set\n2:00pm – Teas available in Chapel Schoolroom\n2:15pm – Presentation of trophies and awards on the Green followed by\n         Live entertainment 2nd set\n3:00pm – Children’s sports on the Green (open to all)\n3:45pm – Children’s tug of war & egg toss\n4:00pm – End-of-Show Sale/Auction & prize-giving\n       Prize money issued in the Institute\n       Prize draw\n4:30pm Exhibits to be removed from the Show (not before)\n5:00pm Event closes – any help clearing away gratefully received
