To be held in Snape Institute and on the village Green with parking opposite the Castle

OPEN TO ALL PERSONS RESIDING WITHIN THE PARISHES OF SNAPE WITH THORP AND WELL VILLAGES.

Class entries by donation (min. 20p each). Exhibitors are allowed ONE ENTRY in each class.

Entries must be made on the form provided and returned to the Institute on the morning of the Show between 8:00am and 9:45am, or on the Sunday evening between 6:30pm and 8:00pm.

All exhibits to be at the Show by 10:00am prompt. There is the option to donate entries to an end-of-Show sale – see entry form for details.

All exhibitors to vacate the Institute by 10:15am to enable judging to commence at 10:30am prompt.

All prize winners aged 16 and under will receive: 1st £1, 2nd 60p, 3rd 40p.

Prize winners aged 17 and over will receive a prize card only. Any special prizes apply to all ages.

1:00pm – Snape Local History Group and Textiles Exhibition opens

1:30pm – Show opens – entry £1 (under 16’s free)

Live entertainment 1st set

2:15pm – Presentation of trophies and awards on the Green

2:30pm – Teas available in Chapel Schoolroom

Live entertainment 2nd set

3:00pm – Children’s sports on the Green (open to all)

3:45pm – Children’s tug of war & egg toss

4:00pm – End-of-Show Sale/Auction & prize-giving

4:30pm Exhibits to be removed from the Show (not before)

5:00pm Event closes – any help clearing away gratefully received
