The committee meet at regular intervals throughout the year. There are set agenda items that will be discuss these are:R
- Review of the minutes from the previous meeting
- Treasurers reprot
- Bookings report
we also discuss planning for future event, fund raising activity, potential grant applications and progression of the development. If you have an item that you would like to be added to the agenda please email secretary@snapeinstitute.co.uk.
Each year we hold an annual general meeting where we sign off the accounts for the previous financial year and elect/re-elect committee members for the forthcoming year. This is a public meeting and can be attended by members of the parish. the date of the meeting will be advertised on our in the local press, on social media and via the noticeboard outside the Institute
