Introduction

Snape Institute is committed to transparency, accountability, and compliance with UK charity law. This page provides details about how we are governed, who manages the hall, and the policies that ensure safe and fair use of our facilities.

Governing Documents

The hall operates under a formal constitution registered with the Charity Commission.

Trustees & Management Committee

The Institute is managed by a volunteer committee of trustees who oversee operations and ensure compliance.

Meetings & Records

We hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year to review performance and elect trustees. the meeting will be held in March and members of the committee are welcome to attend. Future AGM minute will be made available here once the meeting has taken place.

Financial Transparency

As a registered charity, we publish an annual Financial Statement.

We also maintain a reserves policy and risk management framework to ensure financial stability.

Legal & Insurance

The hall is insured for buildings, public liability, and trustee indemnity.
